Ground Rules for Using BarForBar

Use of the App

BarForBar is for creative rap battles, freestyle sessions, and practice. You agree not to use the app to break laws, abuse the service, harass other users, or intentionally interfere with other people’s sessions.

Accounts and Access

If you sign in, you are responsible for activity tied to your account and device. The current product is intended for users who are old enough to use Google sign-in and understand the content style of rap battle culture.

Content and Conduct

Battle rap can be aggressive, comedic, and explicit. You are responsible for bars, prompts, and profile details you submit. Do not post illegal content, direct threats, doxxing, or anything that targets people with real-world harm.

AI and Voice Output

AI responses and generated voice playback are provided for entertainment and creative practice. They may be imperfect, offensive, or incorrect. BarForBar does not guarantee that every generated response will be accurate, safe, or appropriate for every audience.

By using the Roast Profile feature, you consent to having the personal information you provide (name, age, appearance, insecurities, embarrassing stories, etc.) used by the AI to generate personalized disses, insults, and battle bars directed at you. You acknowledge this content is intentionally offensive and created for entertainment purposes only.

Explicit Content Warning

BarForBar is designed for users aged 18 and older. The platform produces content that is intentionally aggressive, vulgar, and explicit in nature. AI-generated battle responses may contain profanity, personal attacks, sexual references, and other mature content. By using BarForBar, you acknowledge and accept that you will encounter this type of content.

Limitation of Liability

BarForBar, its creators, and its operators are not liable for any emotional distress, reputational harm, or personal offense caused by AI-generated content, user-submitted content, or interactions with other users on the platform. All battle content is generated for entertainment and creative expression. Use the platform at your own risk.

Service Availability

The product may change, pause, or go offline at any time. Features that rely on outside providers, including authentication, AI generation, text-to-speech, or multiplayer networking, may stop working without notice if those services fail or are reconfigured.

Age Requirement

This platform is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are under 18, do not use this platform. If we learn that a user under 18 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.
